18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

1. Nature of the content

All visual content produced through Tekno3D Labs LLC AI tools is entirely computer-generated. No real human beings, performers, or models are depicted by the service as part of inference. Outputs are synthetic media created from user prompts, references, and model weights.

2. Why 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping does not apply

Because Suite output does not consist of actual sexually explicit conduct performed by real persons, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to content generated by this service.

3. Sessions — you manage the files

Interactive generations run in a user-controlled session. That session exists so you can finish the job and download the result. It is not a public gallery, library, or training set.

How session files are handled:

• Generate, then download. After download you may wipe the file from our storage immediately.
• If you do not wipe it, the generated file auto-wipes from our storage within 24 hours.
• Reference uploads lock for the job. They wipe when you hit RESET SESSION — New Edit, when you end the session, or when you refresh the browser. No logout is required.
• Face and reference uploads are used for that job only. They are not used to train models.

During the session, inputs and the resulting output are held only long enough to finish inference and let you retrieve or wipe them. After wipe or auto-wipe, those files are deleted from our servers and cloud object storage. They are not saved to an account gallery, long-term cloud library, or other persistent store operated by Tekno3D Labs LLC.

Ownership: inputs submitted in a session and outputs produced in that session belong to the user. Tekno3D Labs LLC does not claim ownership of those materials and does not keep them after wipe or auto-wipe.

This session design is intentional. It limits what the company holds, reduces exposure under privacy and content rules in multiple jurisdictions, and keeps session media from becoming a retained archive on our systems.

Automated safety screening of submitted media (including age estimation) may still run before generation. That screening does not convert a session into long-term storage of the user’s files.

4. User inputs

Users are solely responsible for the prompts, images, video, and audio they submit. Uploading images of real, identifiable people without the rights and consents required by our Terms of Service is prohibited. Any content depicting or attempting to depict minors is forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Age and identity rules

• The Platform is 18+ only.
• No minors — real, fictional, illustrated, or generated.
• No non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
• No deepfakes of identifiable real persons without explicit written consent.
• Real-person reference inputs that violate the rules above are not permitted.
