1. Introduction
Welcome to TEKNO3D Labs. By accessing our website at https://tekno3d.com and using our H DR-X Video Converter software, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
Under these Terms, TEKNO3D Labs and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website and software.
You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material and using the software for its intended function.
3. Software License Types
The HDR-X Video Converter software is available under two types of licenses: Personal and Enterprise.
Personal License: Intended for individual users. This license is non-transferable. It will be activated online and using hardware fingerprint. Can be one or more machines.
Enterprise License: Intended for organizational use and must be accompanied by a digital contract signed by both parties (TEKNO3D Labs and the customer) prior to usage.
The specifics of the license will be outlined in the contract. Activated Online. Can be one or more machines.
4. Use Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from:
Publishing any website material or software output in any other media if you don’t own the rights;
Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any website material or software output if you don’t own the rights;
Publicly performing and/or showing any website material without permission;
Using this website or software in any way that is or may be damaging to TEKNO3D Labs;
Using this website or software contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the website, or to any person or business entity;
Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity in relation to this website or while using this software.
5. Copyright Infringement
The software is designed for legal uses only. You are prohibited from using the software to distribute converted copyrighted content without appropriate authorization.
TEKNO3D Labs is not responsible for the actions of its customers in using the software to handle copyrighted content.
If a user is found to be using the software for illegal redistribution of copyrighted material, their license may be deactivated immediately without notice.
6. No Warranties
This website and software are provided “as is,” with all faults, and TEKNO3D Labs expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this website or the materials contained on this website. Also, nothing contained on this website shall be interpreted as advising you.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between TEKNO3D Labs and you in relation to your use of this website and software, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State/Country of jurisdiction, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in State/Country for the resolution of any disputes.
13. Digital Media Protection
TEKNO3D Labs is committed to protecting digital media and enforcing the rights of content creators and copyright holders. Users are reminded that the HDR-X Video Converter software must only be used in compliance with all applicable copyright laws and the rights of content holders. Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials without permission is prohibited, and any such use constitutes a breach of these Terms.
14. Refund Policy
TEKNO3D Labs provides extensive pre-purchase resources to ensure that customers can make informed decisions. These resources include, but are not limited to, real HDR media demonstrations, detailed software capabilities descriptions, and comprehensive tutorial videos.
Refund Eligibility: Once a license is purchased and activated, refunds will not be offered. Activation of a license signifies that the customer has accessed and utilized the software, thereby consuming the product. This policy is in alignment with common digital software industry standards, where the provision of downloadable or consumable media generally means that a sale is final.
Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered in specific cases where the software is proven to be defective, non-functional, or if there are extenuating circumstances that prevent the software from performing as advertised. Such cases will be handled at the discretion of TEKNO3D Labs and may require detailed proof of issue from the customer.
